The Villa consists of 5 bedrooms including a downstairs living room with a sleeper sofa, and 4.5 bathrooms. The dining room seats 12 people comfortably and the living room is equipped with a large fireplace. The land includes an outdoor patio with a barbeque and dining table with seating for 12 people. The beautiful pool at 3 meters and the separate kids pool is perfect for a relaxing day in the sun on the exclusive tanning beds imported from Italy. All the rooms have Wi-Fi and air-conditioning and the pool and living area have wireless speakers. The living room upstairs and downstairs have cable TV as well as Apple TVs. The kitchen is equipped with an American style fridge with an ice maker, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave and more. The house is 12 minutes away from the beach and the center of Cannes, 25 minutes from Nice Airport, and 5 minutes from the idyllic village of Mougins which hosts many award-winning restaurants such as Paloma and Le Place de Mougins. Additionally, there are many golf courses and tennis courts in the immediate vicinity of the villa.
